Sarah Wood
Born & raised on Canada's Great Lakes, Sarah's passion for adventure and extraordinary service standards advanced her successful career aboard various luxury yachts over a 10-year span.
Sarah quickly rose through the ranks to Chief Stewardess on motor yachts from 40-80m, while traveling through the South Pacific, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Australasia & North America. Moving ashore in 2018 she accepted an opportunity to work with a leading yacht recruitment and management company in the UK. This opportunity provided invaluable experience and allowed her to hone her expertise in the field of recruitment.
Since relocating with her family to Australia's Northern Rivers, Sarah founded Capel Crew Recruitment, a company dedicated to working exclusively with reputable super yachts to place exceptional crew.
Sarah is extremely detail oriented and an efficient multi-tasker with the skills and drive necessary to exceed the expectations of her valued clients.
